Recently Marketwatch posted an article regarding the Top 10 fastest growing states. Colorado came in sixth and it is no wonder with our beautiful mountains and clean city. Real estate in Denver in the last couple of years has improved drastically. The availability of housing is diminishing and the prices/rents are only increasing. In my opinion this is the ideal time to purchase rental property knowing that your investment will be secure for many years to come.
