Well it’s official folks. postlets.com, the cool template maker that would automatically post your professional looking ads on a bajillion websites with one click is dead. Zillow bought the company and slowly reduced the template options, I thought that sucked, but I reluctantly accepted it and moved forward.
However, last night they stuck a fork in it. They are now redirecting to a site called Zillow rental? and there are zero options to post on Craigslist, or the multitude of other websites we all used to know and love.
I checked all of my past posts and Yikes! all of the links are now dead. So all of that work is gone. I can only imagine how many people are now digging out of this situation. I should have seen it coming. I thought maybe they would warn us but, nope we got the big middle finger on this one. I understand buying your competition and trying control the market, but Zillow has gone a bit too far if you ask me.
If anyone knows of a decent template maker with similar posting capabilities please reach out and let me know. Until then, I guess I’ll be back over at the good old template builder use.com.
